Radio Rumuli 98.5 FM, is a strong outreach movement through a medium radio station, located in Ihungo hills, Bukoba Municipal, Kagera Region, Tanzania. It intends to deliver God’s word to all the communities, conduct Interactive community journalism and as well as a platform for public opinion. Radio Rumuli covers all the lake Zone regions with the prospect of expanding the operations to other regions of Tanzania and East Africa at large. The station comprises studio facility as well as transmission facility of 2-Kilo-Watts output. Rumuli’s Vision is not only to see Tanzania which is free and aware of her responsibilities to worship and praise meaningfully but also to work and make sure that the under-served population of Tanzania is well informed ab God’s purpose, demanding their rights to all manners, access appropriate information services, practice healthy living behavior, and strengthen private-public partnership. And because of that, Rumuli Radio has attained a large number of audiences by reaching out to at least 1.5 million people.
